Neil is a retired respiratory care practitioner and educator who enjoyed a career that spanned four decades. As a clinician, he was focused on providing a high standard of care to his patients and as an educator, his emphasis was on helping his students become skilled, safe practitioners of respiratory care. Throughout his career, he was very involved in the Texas Society for Respiratory Care where he held several positions including a term as President. He has served on the RCFT Board of Directors since its inception. As a founding member, he was instrumental in developing the mission and vision of the foundation and now works to fulfill the mission of helping students achieve their educational goals.
