Theresa Griego, is a passionate healthcare professional with a Master of Science in Respiratory Care, committed to shaping the future of healthcare.

In her valued role as a respiratory care professor, Theresa shares her wealth of knowledge with the next generation of healthcare professionals, infusing her teachings with vibrant energy. Beyond the classroom, she enjoys guiding practicing practitioners to enhance patient outcomes. Theresa is a sought-after speaker at state and national events, where she humbly shares valuable insights on evidence-based patient-centered care. Notably, she recently earned an inter-professional education (IPE) micro-credential from the University of North Texas, highlighting her commitment to innovation and collaboration among healthcare professionals.

Driven by a profound passion for education, innovative methodologies, and steadfast advocacy, Theresa Griego aims to catalyze transformation in respiratory care and the wider healthcare sphere. Additionally this year, Theresa received the distinguished opportunity to speak at the AARC 2023 Congress; furthermore, she was recently notified of her acceptance into the National Academies of Practice, with her formal induction scheduled for March 2024.
